By accessing or using WowAwesome ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Platform Description

WowAwesome is an online marketplace that connects independent creators and artisans with buyers. We provide a platform for sellers to list handmade goods, and for buyers to discover and purchase unique handcrafted products. WowAwesome acts as an intermediary and is not the seller of any products listed on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

To buy or sell on WowAwesome, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate.

4. Buying on WowAwesome

Product listings are created by individual sellers, not by WowAwesome. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed. Prices are set by sellers and displayed in the currency specified by the seller. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by seller. All purchase agreements are between the buyer and the seller directly.

5. Selling on WowAwesome

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and compliance with all applicable laws. Products listed must be handmade, crafted, or designed by the seller or meet our criteria for vintage items. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns, and providing customer support for their products.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Selling counterfeit, illegally reproduced, or mass-produced items
• Misrepresenting products or their origins
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Attempting to circumvent Platform fees or processes
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Manipulating search results, reviews, or ratings

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain all rights to their product images, descriptions, and brand materials. The WowAwesome platform design, logo, and technology are owned by WowAwesome and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

WowAwesome provides the platform "as is" and does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or transactions conducted through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to WowAwesome in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be attempted to be resolved directly between the parties. WowAwesome may offer mediation services at its discretion. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate courts.
